REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At JeepActive.com, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you the moment you place an order, our policy differs from traditional retail stores.
SECTION 1 – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
We take full responsibility for the quality of our gear. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement if:
- The product itself is flawed or defective.
- The print quality is poor or misprinted.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong size, color, or style compared to your original order.
Note: In these cases, you do not need to ship the item back. We only require a clear photo of the issue sent to support@jeepactive.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Once inspected, we will send your replacement or process your refund immediately.
SECTION 2 – SIZING & BUYER’S REMORSE
Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered: Despite the item matching our provided size chart.
- Buyer’s Remorse: Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
Pro Tip: Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page before ordering. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own that fits well and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit for your next adventure.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement if the carrier confirms the loss.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
SECTION 4 – REFUND PROCESS
Once your photo evidence is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within a few business days. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
